Bollocks Ingredients in Female Beauty Products
The pseudo-science of female beauty products is amazing to behold. Here are some of the more bonkers “active ingredients” I jotted down while waiting for a prescription in a pharmacy last night.
- Co-Resistium
- Liposomes
- Ceramides
- Adrenalyse
- Adenoxine
- Ubiquinone
- Retinol
- Phyto Flavone
And pronouncing them is half the fun…..

Funny thing is, if you search for them, most of the sites they are mentioned on are in a foreign language, usually French. I did find out Retinol is actually Vitamin A.
