		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d like to think I figured out most of the basic bits of Irish culture while living there, but this one is both baffling and ridiculous. I discovered this practice when visiting Bull Island, and then again down in Waterford (Wexford? Somewhere down there).

Anyway, this one is just idiotic. Cars and beaches don&#039;t mix.]]></description>
