Name: Joe Drumgoole

I’m now VP of Solutions at FeedHenry a startup focused on the Mobile Enterprise Application Platform market.

I did some interesting work at NewBay on contract for six months.

I founded a fast growing/fast failing startup called CloudSplit with Eamon Leonard in 2009. We don’t talk about it but we are still friends.

I founded PutPlace.com in 2006. PutPlace.com is an online backup service designed for consumers. I sold PutPlace in 2009.

Before that I was laid up in Oracle‘s European Development Centre for two years while my youngest cut his teeth.

You may remember me from companies such as Cape Clear and CR2, where I created and ran the engineering teams. I also had a hand in getting LeCayla started.

I’ve also provided product development consultancy to Headway and Rococo in the past.

Further back I punched the clock in BigCos like Nomura Bank and Digital.

Interesting fact : I have never worked for Iona Technologies.
