Name: Joe Drumgoole
I’m an entrepreneur who creates software startups.
I’m currently consulting at a number of Irish Startups.
I started CloudSplit.com with Eamon Leonard in July 2009. CloudSplit.com does real-time cloud analytics.
I founded PutPlace.com in 2006. PutPlace.com is an online backup service designed for consumers.
Before that I was laid up in Oracle‘s European Development Centre for two years while my youngest cut his teeth.
You may remember me from companies such as Cape Clear and CR2, where I created and ran the engineering teams. I also had a hand in getting LeCayla started.
I’ve also provided product development consultancy to Headway and Rococo in the past.
Further back I punched the clock in BigCos like Nomura Bank and Digital.
Interesting fact : I have never worked for Iona Technologies.
